As a long-time advocate for human-first customer experiences, CX Network recently named me one of the top 50 most influential customer experience professionals. I currently work as a Digital Solutions + Innovation Lead at Launch by NTT Data, a global full-stack technology firm.
I was previously the senior director of CX strategy for the generative AI avatar company Soul Machines. Also, I acted as EVP AI Analytics for RInger Sciences, a boutique data strategy firm. My interest in artificial intelligence started when I worked with the self-driving rideshare company Cruise. I also acted as Interim CMO for the customer intelligence platform, Suzy.

STRATEGIC BY DESIGN
Much of my career developed at several well-respected communications and marketing firms. I spent over a decade at Edelman and held roles with Digitas, Critical Mass, and Agency.com during the explosive growth years of the Internet. My work has spanned the B2C and B2B industries, delivering world-class solutions and tangible business results. At Edelman, I helped modernize the digital practice, growing it from 5% to 15% of revenue while innovating in social media marketing, and ultimately acting as a transformation catalyst for the firm.
DIGITAL DNA
As the internet was still being formed, I led the design team in partnering with industrial supplies giant Grainger to establish a best-in-class e-commerce user experience, which is responsible for over thirty percent of their business transactions today.
COLLABORATIVE BUSINESS PARTNER
I've worked closely with the CEO and partners of the U.S. Dairy industry to accelerate their digital transformation efforts by conceiving and implementing a social listening and content creation engine. I've led efforts with United Airlines to manage reputational issues and partnered with brands in the food and CPG sectors, such as Barilla, Kellogg’s, ConAgra, and Bel Brands, integrating PR and social marketing efforts along the way.

I built a community of marketing and communications professionals across multiple networks, and PR News named me Social Media MVP. I am also a proud member of Adobe Insiders, Adobe's enterprise influencer initiative.
